Exchange & Replacement Policy
At Luvvette, we’re dedicated to ensuring you receive the perfect fit and style. While we do not accept returns, we do offer an exchange service for items that don’t fit or if you'd prefer a different color.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re happy to help! Simply contact us at replacements@luvvette.com to access our replacement service. A $15 fee applies, which covers the processing and shipping of your new item. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to complete the exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@luvvette.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns for any items. All sales are final, but if you have any concerns about your order, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Refunds for Damaged Items
In cases where an item is approved for replacement due to damage or defects, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@luvvette.com.
